上次沒排到一風堂,這次一定要趁著第二天感恩節,前一天可以早走之便,5點一開店就在門口排隊!沒想到,人算不如天算。五點準一到,人就已經大排長龍了。為甚麼??網站上明明說5點才開門啊!!是因為明天感恩節所以提早開店嗎?結果最後還是等了40幾分鐘。唉!

這是招牌拉麵的進階版,麵上加一風堂特製辣油。辣油還蠻香的,不過胡椒味有點偏重,我也是吃了幾口就覺得太膩放棄了,這道拉麵可能要搭配筍乾才行。一風堂跟鳥人拉麵我都去過兩次,所以我覺得.....

總而言之,一風堂再度沒有讓我有驚艷感,不過這可能是個人口味偏好的關係。我從來就沒有特別喜歡吃豚骨拉麵,Totto Ramen在我心目中還是第一名,除了他的湯頭是雞湯底,有可能因為又有放我超級愛吃的洋蔥一同下去熬煮,別有一番風味。當然啦,如果愛吃豚骨拉麵的人,還是可以去試試看的,如果你不怕排隊的話,嘻~
